Obituary
Mrs. Blanche Bosch, the beloved wife of Mr. Chas. G. Bosch, passed away at 8:20 last evening, after a long and painful illness, at the family home, 302 Third Street. All that medical science and the most skillful nurses could do proved in vain, and a few days ago it became apparent that the watchers at the bedside were hoping against hope.
Blanche Whitehead was born in Rochelle, Ill., July 17, 1864, and was married to Mr. Bosch at Creston, Ia., Oct. 10, 1882. While no children came to bless this union it proved a very happy one and the husband is bereaved indeed. Deceased leaves four sisters and three brothers, as follows; Mrs. GB Sexton of Villicsa, Ia.; Mrs. Gertrude Fitch of Creston, Ia.; Mrs. JC Moore of St. Joseph, Mo.; Alexander Whited head of Osceola, Neb.; John Whitehead and Nora Whitehead of this city. Her amiable disposition, and her numerous happy qualities, made Mrs. Bosch a great favorite in the circle of her friends and acquaintances and she will be mourned by all who knew her.
The funeral will be held from the late home at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon.
