Obituary
Mrs. Mary Bogenschutz, 317 S. Fifth Street, died at Mercy Hospital at 6:45 am Tuesday. In failing health for the past few months, and she was admitted to the hospital 2 days ago.
Born in Burlington in 1875, the daughter of Theodore and Mary Reid Niehaus, she was married in 1900 to Michael Bogenschutz, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are her stepmother, Mrs. Theodore Niehaus, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins, in Burlington.
Funeral will be held at 2 pm Thursday at Prugh’s chapel. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
