William A Boettcher, 58, native of Burlington and formerly a boilermaker for the Burlington railroad, passed away at 9:20 last night at Burlington Hospital where he had been a patient for three weeks.
He made his home here until 1 ½ years ago and has been residing with his sister, Mrs. Anna Matzka, Route 1, West Burlington. She survives him. Mr. Boettcher never married.
The body was removed to the Burnett-Wallen funeral home where funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock in the charge of Rev. CR Rowe, pastor of Harrison Avenue ME church with burial in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
