Mrs. Katherine Weber, former Burlington resident, who for the past 5 years has made her home with her son, Joseph Weber, Jr., 530 N. Lincoln avenue, Davenport, died at Mercy hospital, Davenport, shortly before 1 p.m. Thursday, Ill for the past 5 years, death followed a heart attack. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Junghenn, she was born May 26, 1881 in Burlington. Her husband, Joseph Weber, died 23 years ago. Surviving are 2 sons, Clayton Weber, La Crosse, Wis., and Joseph Weber, Jr., head of the engraving department of the Davenport; 8 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mrs. C.D. Hewett, Burlington and Mrs. Antone Schneider, Joliet, Ill. Three brothers and 2 sisters are dead. Services will be held in Prugh's chapel Saturday at 3:30 p.m. with Dr. R.R. Belter officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
