Obituary
Fredrick W. Boesch, 912 N. Fourth Street, a veteran employee of the JS Schramm Co. store and a life resident of Burlington, died at his residence at 2 o’clock this morning after seven months of illness.
Mr. Boesch, a salesman at Schramm’s, observed his 50th anniversary with the company last fall.
He was born here July 19, 1861. On Oct 13, 1890, he was married to Marie Hopekamp. Mr. Boesch was a member of First Methodist Church.
Surviving are his widow; three sisters, Miss Adina Boesch, Miss Emma Boesch, and Mrs. Ralph Eggert, all of Burlington; and two brothers, Walter Boesch of Fort Worth, Tex., and Phillip Boesch of Elgin, Ill.
Services will be held at the Burnett-Wallen funeral home at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon, conducted by Dr. WT Smith, pastor of First Methodist church.
Friends wishing to call before the service may do so between 2 and 9 pm Thursday. The casket will not be open during the funeral.
