Word was received here today of the death of Mrs. Emma Louise Washburn in Cedar Rapids, Ia. Mrs. Washburn was the widow of the late Fred Washburn, resident of Burlington for many years and a veteran railroad man. Mrs. Washburn has made her home in Cedar Rapids for several years. Funeral arrangements, in accordance with an expressed wish of Mrs. Washburn, are in the hands of the Eastern Star and the White Shrine, and services will be conducted from Prugh's chapel at 2:30 o'clock on Monday afternoon. Burial will be in Aspen Grove.
