Max Warth, 419 S. 3rd street, died at St. Francis hospital at 7:25 a.m. Monday after a brief illness. He was born in Burlington, Sept. 5, 1882, the son of John and Louise Warth. He was of the Lutheran faith and a member of the Moose and Eagles lodges. Surviving are 4 sisters, Mrs. Louise Hanrahan of San Bernadino, Calif., Mrs. Harry Hasson, Mrs. Robert Fitzsche and Mrs. George Kowski all of Burlington; one brother, William Warth of Burlington. One sister and 4 brothers are dead. Funeral services will be held in Prugh's chapel Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. Dr. R.R. Belter will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
