Obituary
At 2 pm yesterday afternoon John A. Bockerman died at his home, No. 306 McArthur street, aged eighty-five years, ten months, and five days. His illness had been of long standing; indeed, he had been an invalid for several years. He came to Burlington forty-five years ago and was very well known.
He leaves a widow and five daughters, namely, Miss Elizabeth Bockerman, of San Francisco; Mrs. John Trinbs, of Tacoma, Washington, and Misses Anna, Ida and Tilly Bockerman, of this city.
The funeral services will be held tomorrow at half past 3 o’clock from the residence at the address above given.
