Mrs. Helen Amanda Warming, wife of Andrew P. Warming, prominent Burlington automobile dealer, died at the Mercy hospital at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon, following an illness of only two days. She was taken ill Sunday and rushed to the hospital where an operation was performed Monday but efforts to save her life were of no avail. Mrs. Warming, whose maiden name was helen Amanda Eilers, was born in Burlington on November 26, 1887, and lived here all her life. She was educated in the public schools of Burlington. On September 29, 1915, she was united in marriage to Andrew Warming and in the same year Mr. Warming and his brother started into business here. Since that time she had made her home at 1326 Corse street. She was a faithful member of the Oak street Baptist church. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Janet May 7 years ole; her father, Henry Eilers, and a brother, Henry Eilers, Jr., both of Burlington. Two brothers and one sister preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held from the home at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Rev. O.E. Krueger, former pastor of the Oak Street Baptist church, who is visiting in Burlington, will have charge of the services and burial will be in the Aspen Grove cemetery.
