Obituary
Following an illness of but a short time, Mrs. Lucille Bock, residing on Kampmeier street, passed away at her home this morning at 11:45.
The deceased was born in Kansas City, Mo., on July 19, 1900, and came to Burlington with her parents when a year old. She was a member of the first Methodist Church of Burlington, and her loss will be keenly felt by a large circle of friends.
Besides her husband Jerome Bock, to whom she was married on January 1, 1919, she is survived by one daughter, Geraldine, and an infant son Jerome, Jr. She is also survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Carnaban, and one sister, Nathalie of Burlington. The funeral of Mrs. Bock will be held from the family home on Kampmeier street, Monday afternoon at 2:30. These services will be strictly private.
Friends of the family however may view the remains of Mrs. Bock at Prugh’s chapel between 2 and 4 on Sunday afternoon.
