Mr. Arthur F. Wanner, 79, Puyallup, Wash., died July 25 at 2:30 p.m. He was a former Northwestern Cabinet company employe. He was born Feb. 26, 1885, in Burlington, the son of August and Augusta Westerbeck Wanner. He was married to Minnie Hess in 1907, in Burlington. He was a member of First United Church of Christ. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. E.D. Scarff, Burlington; Mrs. Lyman Higgins, Deerfield, Ill.; a son, Bernard Wanner, Puyallup, Wash.; a sister, Mrs. George Falhgren, Burlington; 10 grand and 18 great-grandchildren. His wife is dead. Following services at Puyallup, Wash., the body will be cremated and the ashes retuned to Burlington for burial at a later date.
