Obituary
The funeral of the late Mrs. Leona Collins, formerly Miss Cartwright, one of the well known colored people of this city will be held from Unterkirchers'chapel at Third and Valley streets this afternoon at 2 o'clock. The remains will arrive in this city at 5:30 o'clock this morning, accompanied by Mr. Arthur Collins, the husband of the deceased. The deceased is survived by her mother, Mrs. Eliza Cartwright, of this city; her sister, Mrs. Ada Gentry, and her husband Arthur Collins, who is in the railroad business in Chicago, and two children, Mildred and Eugena Collins. The funeral service this afternoon will be conducted by the Rev. Mr. W.W. Williamson, pastor of St. John's A.M.E. church on Central avenue. Mrs. Collins died in Chicago last Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
