Services for Mrs. Julia Etta Walker who died Wednesday, will be held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Prugh's chapel, Dr. Deane Chapman will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery. Mrs. Walker, who lived at 1260 S. Main street, died at a nursing home, 809 N. Fourth street, after an extended illness. She was born in Des Moines county, Nov. 30, 1870, the daughter of Eber and Maria Bowman walker. Her husband, Henry Walker, is dead. She was a member of First Methodist church and Blackmar chapter of Eastern Star. Surviving are 2 brothers, George Walker of Trenton, Neb., and Joshua Walker of Ontario, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Verdi Stull of Birmingham, Ala.; a grandson, Robert Walker of Burlington; 2 great grandchildren.
