Obituary
Joseph Bloomer fell a victim to typhoid fever yesterday, at the home of his parents, No. 226 Harrison Avenue. He was but twenty-five years of age, and a carpenter by trade. He was a man well-liked by his associates and respected by all who knew him. He was a member of the Journeymen Carpenters’ Union and also the Black Hawk Camp, Woodmen of the World.
