George Harvey, Jr., 63, native of Burlington, passed away last night at his home,1600 Central avenue after a long illness. He was born July 11, 1869, and spent his early life in Burlington. He then went to Philadelphia but returned to this city four years ago and has since resided here. Mr. Harvey was the son of the late George Harvey, local artist. He was an expert craftsman and for a time taught craftsmanship at University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. George Harvey of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Cyrus Schenck of Burlington and Mrs. Frank P. Whitmore of Kenilworth, Ill.; one brother, Dr. John Harvery of Peoria, Ill. The body was removed to Prugh's chapel. Funeral services will be private and will be held from the home at 11 o'clock Thursday morning with burial in Aspen Grove cemetery. The body will be taken home in the morning.
