Mrs. Theresa Binder, 87, of the Ritter Home, 1837 Sunnyside, died Sunday at 10 am at St. Francis hospital.
She was born October 15, 1880, in Burlington, the daughter of Henry and Mary Mattlander Gantz. On May 18, 1898, she married August Binder in Burlington. Mrs. Binder was a member of the First United Church of Christ and Railroad Veterans Auxiliary.
Surviving: Three sons, Henry and Irving A. Binder of Burlington and Clifford A. Binder of Minneapolis; a daughter, Mrs. Brust of Burlington; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services: Wednesday at 2 pm, Prugh’s Chapel, Rev. Donald V. Klohr; Aspen Grove Cemetery.
