Obituary
Mrs. Emily W. Abendroth, wife of R.W. Abendroth, died at 3:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home of her mother, Mrs. Christina Nelson, 400 South Gertrude street. She had been ill for the past six months. Mrs. Abendroth was born in Burlington, August 1, 1886, and had lived most of her life in this city. She was married here on September 28, 1905. Until her recent illness she and her husband had lived in Rockford, Ill., for seven years.
Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, louise Abendroth; her mother, Mrs. Nelson, and one sister, Mrs. Carl A. Holmstrom, of Burlington.
The body will be at the Burnett-Wallen morturary until 3 o'clock this afternoon. Funeral services will be held from the home of her mother on South Gertrude street, Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock with burial in Apen Grove cemetery.
