Frank Waggoner, 78, of 123 S. Sixth, died Thursday afternoon shortly after being admitted to Burlington hospital. He was born May 25, 1879, at Van Wet, O. On May 19, 1900 he married Jessie L. Martin who is dead. The couple is survived by four children; Mrs. Nellie Dice and Mrs. Ethel Dickerhoff of Peru, Ind.; Mrs. Louella Van Duesen, Denver, Ind.; and Harry Waggoner, Goshen, Ind. Waggoner married Beulah Dilley at Sedalia, Mo., on Nov. 20, 1916. She died in 1943. Surviving children of the marriage are: Mrs. Elizabeth Neff, Burlington; Mrs. Karol Walker, New London; and Frank Waggoner Jr.; Abilene, Tex. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Giles funeral home, with Rev. Harvey Quandt, pastor, New London Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery,
