Mrs. Clara Wachutka, a life resident of Burlington, passed away this morning at 8 o'clock in her home, 1155 Dehner street, after a lingering illness. She was born in Burlington Aug. 8, 1875 and was 47 years old. She was married to joseph Wachutka on Oct. 6, 1900. Mrs. Wachutka was the daughter of Mrs. Mary Maurer. She was a member of the First Evangelical church. Besides her husband, she leaves four children, Carl, Clara, Myrtle and Roy, and a brother, Henry Maurer, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Schoeder, and one grandson, Kenneth Keever. Funeral arrangements will be made later.
