Roy Henry Wachutka, 77, of 2201 Vineyard St., died at 9:22 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, 1987, at Burlnigton Medical Center. Born Feb. 19, 1910, in Burlington, he was the son of Joseph and Clara Mauer Wachutka. He married Marguerite Bult Dec. 30, 1931, in West Burlington. He was owner of Lincolnville Cafe for 13 years and Wachutka Catering Services for 13 years. He was a member of the St. Paul United Church of Christ, West Burlington. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Marguerite; one sister, Mrs. Myrtle (Howard) Underwood, Burlington; and five nephews and nieces. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Lunning Chapel. The service for Mr. Wachutka will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Lunning Chapel with the Rev. Robert Sherwood officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established for the St. Paul United Church of Christ.
