Obituary
Mr. George Young, son of Mrs. N.S. Young died at the family home, 700 South Seventh street, shortly after eleven o'clock Friday night. He had been ill for about two and a half years. Mr. Young was born September 6, 1867, and lived practically all his life in Burlington where he leaves scores of friends. He was president of the Burlington Sand & Gravel company. Besides his mother he is survived by the following brothers and sisters; Will, of Texas, Roy, of St. Louis, Earl, of Burlington, Mrs. Josephine Heaney of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Viola Oswald, of Chicago, and Miss Mary Young of Burlington. The funeral arrangements will be announced later.
