Obituary
Mrs. Bertha Baumle, 82, former Burlington resident, died in the Western Home at Cedar Falls Friday, after a long illness.
Born May 28, 1877, at Burlington, she was the daughter of Charles and Sophie Schaefer and was married Sept. 11, 1901, to Emil Baumle.
Mrs. Baumle was a member of Zion United Church of Christ.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Roth Westerman, Washington DC, and Mrs. Lucille Gillett, Cedar Falls; six grandchildren. Her husband, two daughters, and one son are dead.
Graveside services will be at 3:30 pm. Monday in Aspen Grove cemetery. Further details may be obtained at Prugh’s chapel.
