Harry W. Zurmuehlen, 87, of 920 Koestner, formerly of 1811 Mt. Pleasant, died Wednesday, Nov. 18. at Burlington Medical Center. He was born June 14, 1894, to William and Georgiane Schulze Zurmuelhen in Burlington, where he married Bessie Robbins May 17, 1916. He was in the grocery business in Burlington for many years, had owned Duke Cleaners and Lin-Mar Motel, and had been a director of Iowa State Retail Grocery Association and of Mississippi Valley Savings and Loan. He was also a former real estate salesman, a member of First United Church of Christ, secretary of the Rotary Club for many years and was a member of several Masonic rites; Friday, 7 p.m. at Sheagren's.
