John H. Zorn, 76, former well known Burlington man and a cousin of S.T. Huebner of this city, passed away at his home in Chicago Sunday night after a long illness, according to word received by relatives here. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock from Prugh's chapel, with local Masons in charge. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery. Mr. Zorn was born in Burlington, March 31, 1851. His parents, who preceded him in death, were old times residents here. Many years ago Mr. Zorn moved to Chicago, where he followed his trade as a printer. Later he became the proprietor of the Zorn Appliance company, manufacturing articles which he had himself invented and on which he had obtained patents. Mr. Zorn was unmarried and lived in Chicago with his sister, Miss Mary Zorn, who survives him. A brother, George j. Zorn of Snohomiah, Wash, also survives. Mr. Zorn was a 32nd degree Mason and was also a member of the Woodmen of the World.
