Mrs. Alice Zeller, 40, 3004 West avenue, wife of August Zeller, died at Burlington hospital last night following an illness of only a few days. she was taken to the hospital yesterday morning. Mrs. Zeller was born here and lived in Burlington all her life. She was the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Hippe and was born June 2, 1889. She was married to Mr. Zeller, May 5, 1908. She was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical church and was especially active in the interest of the bible class of which she was a member. She is survived by her husband, and three children, marie, Herbert and Marjorie, all at home, and her parents, also of Burlington. The following sisters and brothers survive: Mrs. Harry Kissinger, Burlington; George Hippe, Peoria; Mrs. Ray Friestedt, Chicago; Harry Hippe, Helen and Edna Hippe, all of Burlington. Two sisters preceded her in death. Mrs. Friestedt was notified of her sister's illness and arrived here last night. The body is at Prugh's chapel pending funeral arrangements.
