Miss Mabel A. L. Bloom, the eighteen-year-old daughter of Mrs. Louisa Bloom, No. 500 South Gunnisons Street, died at Burlington hospital this morning at 3:30 of purpura hemorrhagic, after an illness of less than a week.
The funeral will be held at the home at 2 p.m. Wednesday with services at the Swedish M.E. church at 2:30. The services at the home will be private, but friends are invited to the church, and besides her mother is survived by a sister, Miss Blanche Bloom, and a brother William Bloom. She was born August 15, 1899. She had many friends and acquaintances in Burlington, and her early death will be sincerely regretted by all of them.
