Mrs. Norma Anna Starker, of Bittersweet Place, died at 12:40 a.m. Wednesday, April 16, at her home. She was born in St. Louis, Mo., to Frederick A. and Anna Moriarty Trebbe. She married Ernest A. Starker on June 3, 1929, at Galesburg, Ill.; he died April 20, 1983. She was a member of the First Congregational Church, King's Daughters, and Alliance of the church. One niece, Johanna Schiavelli, Van Nuys, Calif., survives. Graveside committal services for Mrs. Starker will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Aspen Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Delbert Terry officiating. Memorials have been established for the Burlington Medical Center Hospice and the Burlington Animal Control Center.
