Mrs. Matilda A Blanke, 95, 1229 S. Starr, died Saturday at her home.
She was born at Sperry, Feb. 2, 1867, and was married to Samuel D. Blanke.
She was a member of the First Methodist church and the Women’s Society of Christian Service of the church.
Surviving are a daughter, Miss Alma Blanke, with whom she lived, and a sister, Mrs. Lawrence Riepe, Sperry.
Services will be held in the Giles funeral home Monday at 2 pm Rev. G. Dempster Yinger will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
