Obituary
Karl Schreiner, Kewanee, Ill., former resident of Burlington, died at his home in Kewanee at 10 a.m. Tuesday, after an illness of five years. He was born in Germany April 18, 1860 and came to this country 55 years ago, making his home in Burlington several years before going to Kewanee. He never married. Schreiner was a member of the Lutheran faith. Surviving is a brother, John Schreiner, Burlington, and several nieces and nephews. The body will be brought to Burlington Thursday night and funeral services will be held in Prugh's chapel Friday at 2 p.m. Dr. R.R. Belter will officiate, Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
