Obituary
Roy C. Miller, a native of Burlington, died suddenly Tuesday at his home in Thousand Oaks, Calif., where he and his wife had moved from Los Angeles earlier this year. He was the son of the late Henry and Lena Miller who lived at 515 Summer and later at 819 Summer. Miller was a member of the Elks club while in Burlington. He was a World War I veteran and later was associated with his father in the Miller FLour company and was well known among retail grocers in Burlington. Surviving are his wife, Lucille Russell Miller, formerly of Burlington, eight nieces and nephews; cousins, Will and Herbert Sander of West Burlington and Laura and Harry Bringer of Burlington, also cousins. Funeral arrangements are pending.
