Miss Julia Bischoff, 89, former Burlington resident, died Friday at Mendota Lutheran Home, Mendota, Ill.
She was born Oct. 28, 1876, the daughter of George and Juliana Dewein Bischoff. She was a graduate of the Chicago Training School for City, Home, and Foreign Missions, a graduate of Chicago Wesley Memorial hospital school of nursing, a life member of the Alumni Association from which she received recognition for 50 years of nursing service.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Her parents, six brothers, and two sisters are dead.
Services will be Monday at 1:30 pm at Elliott-Lunning Chapel. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
