Arthur Edward Vogelgesang, 82, 120 S. Ninth, died at Burlington Memorial hospital at 4:45 a.m. Monday, Sept.30 The son of Theodore and Rickie Heckenberg Vogelgesang, he was born in Burlilngton July 6, 1892. Mr. Vogelgesang, a retired plumber, was a member of the American Legion and Plumbers union. Surviving: One sister, Mrs. Paul (Agnes) Brueck, Burlington; one brother, Clarence Vogelgesang of Denver, Colo.; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Prugh's chapel; Aspen Grove with military rites. Rosary; 7 p.m. Tuesday at Prughs.
