Ralph F. Ziegler, vice president, secretary and director of Drake Hardware company for many years, died at Burlington hospital Thursday at 12:50 a.m. He had been in failing health since last October. He was born in Burlington, Jan. 19, 1893. the son of David and Mary Ann Fisher Ziegler. He was a naval veteran on World War I. He was a member of the First Methodist church, the Masonic Order, the YMCA, former director of the Red Cross Chapter; past commander of the American Legion post here, and a former president of the Chamber of Commerce. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Arthur M. Earl, of Chicago, and a number of cousins. Services will be held in Prugh's chapel, at 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Dr. G. Dempster Yinger
