Edna Florence Binder, 68, of 2600 Mt. Pleasant, died at Burlington hospital Thursday at 10:35 pm where she had been a patient since Dec. 31.
She was born Dec. 13, 1894, at Nauvoo, Ill., the daughter of Edward and Catherine Christ Rose. On June 6, 1918, she married Albert Binder at Carthage, Ill.
She was a member of First Presbyterian church and Electa Circle of Kings Daughters. In 1955 she was system president of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Railroad Veterans of Burlington Railroad.
Survivors include; her husband; one sister, Iva Rose, Nauvoo; four nephews, and one niece. One brother and one sister died earlier.
Services will be Monday at 1:30 pm in Elliott-Lunning Chapel, Rev. Roscoe Wolvington officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
