Mrs. Mary Bicklin, 96, widow of a Civil War veteran, died yesterday in the county hospital.
Mrs. Bicklin had been a patient there since 1878 and had been brought here after being at the hospital in Mt. Pleasant. She has no known relatives.
Funeral services will be held at Prugh’s chapel at 4 pm Saturday with interment in Aspen Grove Cemetery. The Rev. AF Koelling, pastor of Zion Evangelical Church, will conduct the service.
