Services for Minnie Bessine, 80, of 1308 N. Seventh Street, who died at 1:30 pm on Friday at her home after an extended illness, will be at 2 pm Monday in Prugh’s chapel.
Rev. Russell Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. Miss Bessine was born on Dec. 24, 1870, in Burlington, the daughter of Fredrick and Charlotte Bauer Bessine. She never married.
Miss Bessine was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid.
Surviving are 3 sisters, Mrs. George Tiemeyer, Burlington and Anna, and Helen Bessine, at home; and a nephew and one niece.
