Miss Anna Bessine, 79, of 1308 N. Seventh Street died Sunday at 9:30 am in her home after an extended illness.
She was born May 3, 1875, in Burlington, the daughter of Fred and Charlotte Bessine, and was a member of the Bethan Lutheran church.
The survivors include two sisters, Helen Bessine and Mrs. George Tiemeyer, both of Burlington; one nephew and one niece.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 pm in Prugh’s chapel. The Rev. ME Lehmann will officiate and burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
