Obituary
Charles A. Besser, aged 57 years, passed away at his home, 1428 Grove Street, last evening after a short illness.
The decreased was an expert demonstrator and salesman for the Austin Road Machinery Company of Chicago for the past twenty years and was well known among the county and town officials throughout the state.
He was born near Harper in Keokuk county, Iowa. He has resided in Burlington for a number of years.
He is survived by his wife, Mary L. Besser, a son in California, a daughter residing in Chicago, and a sister and other relatives living hear Harper, Iowa.
