Obituary
Will Benson, Augusta, who operated a general store there for many years, died Sunday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Nettie McCannon, 407 S. 10th Street, after an illness of 14 weeks.
He was born Jan. 24, 1870, at Monmouth, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Benson.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Lena J. Lander, Mrs. Emma Suttcliffe, and Mrs. McCannon of Burlington, and one brother, Harry Benson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday in Giles funeral home. Rev. RR Belter will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
