Obituary
Mrs. Lillian Bell died at her home Saturday morning after suffering from failing health for several months.
She was born in Marion County, Mo., on June 22, 1887, the daughter of Jessie and Estella Williams Smith. She was married to Bennie Bell in Missouri in 1910. She had lived in Gulfport for the past 28 years and was a member of the Union Baptist church.
Surviving are her husband; one brother, Henry Smith of Hannibal, Mo.; two nieces and three nephews.
Funeral services will be held in Prugh’s Chapel, Monday at 2 pm Rev. Mr. R. Richardson will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery
