William F. Behtz, a life resident of Burlington, passed away this morning at 8:30 in the Burlington hospital. He resided with his mother, Mrs. Bertha Behtz, 420 South Gertrude St.
He was born in Burlington on February 13, 1886. Mr. Behtz was never married. He was employed at the Northwestern Cabinet factory and was a member of the Eagles and the AOUW lodges.
Besides his mother, he leaves three brothers, Chris of Omaha, Edward of Burlington, and John Behtz of Clinton, and one sister, Mrs. William Campbell of Burlington.
He was a member of the St. Luke’s church. Funeral services for William F. Behtz, who passed away in Burlington Hospital May 28th, will be held at the Burnett-Wallen Parlors, Thursday, May 31st, at 2:30 Rev. Wm. Marten of St. Luke’s Evangelical Church will conduct the services. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. Friends invited.
