Obituary
Mr. William F. Beck, 82, of 1604 Madison, died at Burlington hospital Saturday at 7:55 and where he had been a patient for four days.
He was born Sept. 5, 1883, in Des Moines county the son of George and Louisa Jarvis Beck. On Feb. 2, 1929, in Des Moines, he married Martha Fank.
He was a retired salesman and member of First Methodist church and the Elks lodge.
Surviving are; his wife; two brothers, Walter Beck, Danville, and Herman Beck, Weslaco, Tex. One brother died earlier.
Services will be 2 pm Tuesday from Prugh’s Chapel, Rev. Horace Ireland officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
