Obituary
Mrs. Martha Fank Beck, 97, Klein Memorial Hospital, died there at 1:57 pm Tuesday, Feb. 4.
She was born at Buckeye on Feb. 10, 1888, to Carl and Paulina Ruttunda Fank. She married William F. Beck on Feb. 2, 1929, in Des Moines; he died on Nov. 20, 1965.
Mrs. Beck was a member of First United Methodist Church, the OES, and the King’s Daughters, and was a past high priestess of the White Shrine of Jerusalem.
Surviving: A brother, William Fank, Parkersburg; and a sister, Minnie Anderson, Fremont, Calif.
Funeral: 1:30 pm Thursday in Prugh’s Chapel, the Rev. David Streyffeler; Aspen Grove Cemetery.
