Paul C. Binder, 68, of St. Francis Continuation Care Center. died there at 2 a.m. Friday, Jan. 8. He was born Sept. 19, 1913 at Peoria, Ill. Until his retirement, he had been a clerk at several local grocery stores, including Kuepper Grocery. He was a member of Isaac Walton League, UCT and St. Paul Catholic Church. A cousin, Mrs. Robert (Nona) Thistlewaite, of Burlington, survives. Funeral services are pending at Prugh Chapel.
