Obituary
Mrs. Emma Beatty passed away at St. Francis hospital after a week’s illness. She was forty years of age and was well known and held in high esteem by all who knew her. She is survived by the husband, James Beatty; five brothers, Louis Strack, of this city; John Strack, or New London; William Strack, of Isola, Miss; Jacob Strack, of Chicago; Walter Strack, of Glenwood, and a sister, Mrs. John Brandstetter, of Fort Madison.
The funeral of Mrs. Emma Strack Beatty will be held from the Unterkircher chapel at 1:45 Wednesday afternoon with interment in Aspen Grove. The Rev. Mr. Karl Scheib, pastor of the St. Lucas church will officiate and friends are invited.
