Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Beason, 23, of 2501 Division St., who died Saturday at Oakdale sanitarium, will be held at 3:30 pm Tuesday at the Burnett-Wallen funeral home. Rev. WB Slater will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
She was the wife of Charles A. Beason, who is in the navy, stations at Great Lakes, and had been a resident of Burlington 18 years. She was born April 4, 1922, at Perry, Mo., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Hunter, and came here with them. A former employee of Midwest Biscuit company, she married Beason last July. He has been home on emergency leave since last Wednesday.
Surviving is her husband; her parents; 3 sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Graham, Mrs. Billy Basquin, and Mrs. Nellie Thompson, of Burlington; her grandparents, ER Graves of Perry and Mrs. Addi Garrison of Burlington.
