Doris Dean Ullrich, 79, of Burlington, died at 5:15 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2009, at Burlington Care Center in Burlington. Born October 30, 1929, she was the daughter of Walter and Clematice Woodard Ullrich. Miss Ullrich was a member of St. Luke United Church of Christ and Sunday School. She attended Mrs. Catherine Brueck's School for the Handi- capped, the first such school in Burlington. She enjoyed the Chicago Cubs. Survivors include her twin sister, Deloris Blaufuss of Burlington; one brother, Donald Ullrich of Burlington; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Luke United Church of Christ, where family will receive friends. The funeral for Miss Ullrich will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Luke United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Vicki Engelmann officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington. A memorial has been established for St. Luke United Church of Christ Sunday School.
