During the several years, his home was made among our people he was employed at the repairer’s bench in MC Conner’s jewelry store. And although much of the time in ill health, he continued in service there until a few weeks ago when he was compelled to retire. He was a man of the quietest and most unassuming manner, although exceedingly agreeable and affable as a companion, and had a great many warm friends. He leaves but one near relative, a daughter, Mrs. WG Wright, of our city. No arrangements have yet been made for the funeral.
