Mrs. Louise Bauer, wife of the late John M. Bauer, died at 12:30 today at the family residence, 1230 Virginia Avenue, following an illness of only five days. Deceased was born January 13, 1850, in St. Louis, Mo. She has lived most of her life in Burlington.
Mrs. Bauer is survived by three sons, George of Effing ham, Ill.; Maurice of New York City, and Leon of Burlington, and three daughters, Mrs. Autus Lee of Nauvoo, Ill.; Mrs. LT Rayer and Miss Alma Bauer of this city, and one brother, Charles Gabriel, of Burlington, and nine grandchildren. Her husband preceded her in death September 3, 1919
She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints and the Women’s Relief Corps.
The funeral services will be held from the home Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock, followed by burial in Aspen Grove cemetery.
