Leroy Calkins, aged 40 years, passed away in St. Louis, Mo., Thursday, November 28, at 1:55 o'clock in the afternoon. Death was due to pneumonia. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. M.B. Calkins, of this city. He had lived in St. Louis for a number of years. His remains were brought here yesterday afternoon for interment. The funeral will be held from the parents residence, No. 611 South Starr avenue, Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock and interment will be made in Aspen Grove cemetery. Rev. Dr. Naboth Osborne will have charge of the services. The deceased was a member of the Masonic fraternity.
